Fibromyalgia is a disease mainly in women during middle age. Neither is known to cause disease, nor are there any standard detection tests for its diagnosis. Although patients tend to complain of fatigue, body pain and tender points in joints, muscles and other soft tissues, the medical fraternity is still confident about its actual existence.
